Terms and Conditions
Activation: Recharge exactly 999TK or dial *121*999# to activate the pack.
Usage: Minutes and SMS can be used for calls from GP to any local operator.
Forfeiture: Unused minutes, data, or SMS will be forfeited at the end of the validity period. However, re-purchasing the same pack within the validity period will add to your existing balance and extend the validity.
Charges Post-Expiration: After the validity period or exhaustion of data, the PayGo rate is 6.95 Taka (inclusive of VAT, SD & SC).
Carry Forward: Unused minutes and regular data will be carried forward if the same pack is purchased within the active validity period. Bonus volumes are excluded.
Payment Deductions: Payments made via bKash or cards may have prior subscription fees or emergency balance usage deducted, which may affect pack activation.
Usage Restrictions: The minutes are valid for domestic network calls only (GP-other mobile operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP), excluding short code calls and are not applicable for emergency balance or call divert/forward tariffs.
Pack Usability: The pack will be temporarily unusable if the main account validity expires.
OTT Platform Access: Subscription includes access to Hoichoi, Lionsgate, Chorki, Sonyliv, Bioscope, and Tsports, with validity matching the pack’s validity period. Login using the mobile number where the pack was purchased.
Content Access: Data volume can be used for browsing and enjoying content on these platforms through their websites or the MyGP app.
Voice Call Pulse: A 10-second pulse is applicable for voice calls.
Pricing: The price includes SD, VAT, and SC.
Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewal is available. To start, dial *121*4455#. To stop, dial *121*4456#. This can also be managed via the MyGP app.
Exclusions: This offer is not applicable for Skitto users.
